About the Role
As the face of BlogVault, you’ll help customers solve problems with technical clarity, empathy, and a calm presence. Our users rely on us when their websites run into trouble—and you’ll be their trusted guide.
Support is core to what we do. Whether it’s fixing a technical issue or recommending the right plan, your goal is to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers via email with any issues they face
- Troubleshoot by checking system logs and identifying problems
- Move past typical troubleshooting steps to uncover and resolve every technical issue.
- Report and track bugs with our Engineering/DevOps teams
- Create helpful Knowledge Base articles and FAQs
- Share customer feedback with internal teams (DevOps, Product, etc.)
Must-Have Skills:
- Solid grasp of WordPress, websites, and hosting
- Passionate about exploring the why and how of each technical issue to find effective solutions.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, HTTP
- Strong communication—can explain tech stuff simply
- Great at debugging and breaking down complex issues
- Fluent in English (written + spoken)
- Able to manage time and juggle tasks well
Nice-to-Have:
- Customer support or training experience
- Exposure to cPanel, FTP, and phpMyAdmin
- Basic skills in the command line, HTML/CSS
