About the role
We’re looking for a Product Content Marketer to help us build a more consistent, high-quality content engine around customer insight, product context, and market understanding.
We already have strong fundamentals in place — product-market fit, a known brand, an active customer base, good retention, and strong storytelling instincts within the team. What we need now is someone who can bring more structure, clarity, and repeatability to how content gets created and used across growth, launches, and sales.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn insight into message, and message into useful content.
You’ll work closely with product, sales, support, design, and leadership to create content that helps the right audience understand what we do, why it matters, and why they should trust us.
What you’ll do
Capture customer stories and proof
- Talk to customers, prospects, internal teams, and partners to uncover strong use cases, pain points, objections, and success stories
- Turn those inputs into case studies, testimonials, proof points, and other customer-led content
- Help bring customer language more clearly into our messaging
Support launches and product storytelling
- Translate product updates and capabilities into clear, customer-facing content
- Create launch content and supporting assets in partnership with product and leadership
- Help make launches easier to understand and more consistent across channels
Create content across key formats
- Write and develop content across blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, webinars, case studies, sales collateral, social content, and partner initiatives
- Build content that supports awareness, evaluation, and conversion
- Maintain a strong quality bar for clarity, usefulness, and storytelling
Improve content operations and reuse
- Own content projects from idea to publication
- Improve how content gets reused, repurposed, and distributed across channels and teams
- Use AI tools and internal systems to improve speed and efficiency without lowering quality
What success looks like
In the first 6 months
- A repeatable process is in place for capturing customer stories and turning them into content
- We have a stronger base of case studies, launch assets, and sales-supporting content
- Content output is more consistent across priority channels
- Internal teams are using content more regularly
- Early improvements are visible in traffic quality, engagement, and content-assisted MQLs
In the first 12 months
- Content contributes more meaningfully to high-intent traffic, MQLs, and conversion support
- Customer proof is easier to source and deploy
- Launch messaging is clearer and more repeatable
- Positioning is more consistent across major channels
- We see stronger brand mentions and better recall driven by clearer, more useful content
What we’re looking for
- 4–6 years of experience in content marketing or a related B2B SaaS role
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to quickly understand technical or product-heavy topics
- Comfort interviewing customers and pulling out strong stories and insights
- Ability to work independently in a lean environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Good judgment on what content is worth creating and why
- A bias toward useful, business-relevant content over content for volume’s sake
You do not need to come from a formal product marketing background to succeed here. What matters more is strong content judgment, customer empathy, and the ability to tell clear product-adjacent stories.
Why this role is exciting
You’ll work closely with product, sales, support, design, and leadership, and play an important part in shaping how we communicate with the market. Over time, this role can grow into broader ownership across messaging systems, launch communication, and content strategy.
This role may not be the best fit if you
- Prefer narrowly scoped execution with little cross-functional collaboration
- Are strongest only in brand or social writing, and less interested in customer or product storytelling
- Need every brief to be fully defined before you begin
- Measure content success mainly by output volume rather than business usefulness
How we work
We’re a lean team with high standards and a strong bias toward ownership.
People who do well here usually:
- think from first principles instead of copying playbooks
- care deeply about craft and clarity
- move from idea to execution with minimal hand-holding
- work well through ambiguity
- and enjoy solving meaningful business problems through content

Some values we’ve lived by over these last 14 years:
We think like inventors.
>Invent the answer you wish existed. If it already exists, ask how it could exist better.<
We build for the love of it. And we build the best.
We don’t just copy and paste. We start from first principles—frame the problem, question the default, ship, improve, repeat—until it’s world-class.
Every version and experiment is a chance to push past our comfort zone and hone our craft. It isn’t easy—it takes patience and persistence—but it ends in work we’re proud of.
Ownership builds a rocket ship.
>It’s not the hours you put in your work that count; it’s the work you put in the hours.<
We’re here to build the business. When we see a problem, we own it end‑to‑end. We pull in the right people, ask for help early, track just enough to finish, and close the loop. We focus on what moves the needle, cut low‑impact work, and push hard when it counts—then recover.
That focus builds subject mastery. It helps get in the flow. It fuels passion and can spark healthy friction—and that’s all part of the game. We make a fuss when it matters, and once a call is made, we commit to it fully—whether we all agree or disagree.
Step up to stand tall.
>Greatness is a moving target.<
Chase excellence in your craft and take on bigger problems. Grow into a full-stack problem-solver and leader—whatever your domain. Improve with intent, work with people who push you, and never get too comfortable. That’s how we level up.
